Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the Kollapsus application collects, uses, protects, and shares your information when you use our mobile game.
1. Information We Collect
To provide the best gaming experience, we may collect the following types of information:
- Authentication Data: When you log in using third-party services (such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple), we receive basic profile information, such as your name and email address.
- Progress and Inventory Data: We collect information about your game progress, scores, playtime, item inventory, unlocked themes, and virtual currencies (Cyber Credits and Hack Points) to save your progress in the cloud.
- Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (such as advertising ID), and data about how you interact with the application.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information to:
- Create, maintain, and authenticate your player account.
- Synchronize your progress, purchases, and inventory across our servers using Supabase technology.
- Operate, improve, and optimize the game and user experience.
- Display personalized ads through Google AdMob (if you have not purchased the "Remove Ads" package).
- Provide technical support and respond to your requests.
3. Information Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Data sharing occurs only in the following situations:
- Cloud Service Providers: We use Supabase as a backend and database to store player profiles, inventories, and high scores.
- Advertising Networks: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the application. AdMob may collect and use device data (such as advertising ID) to provide targeted ads. You can refer to the Google Privacy Policy for more details.
- Payment Processing: In-app purchases are processed directly by the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) platforms. We do not collect or store your direct financial information, such as credit card numbers.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, or alteration. All communication with our database servers (Supabase) is encrypted and restricted to authenticated calls from the application itself.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. To request the permanent deletion of your profile data, scores, and inventory from our servers, please contact us via the email listed in the "Contact" section below, or use the internal options in the application, if available.
